Love this camera!, 

I love this camera! I have a 21 month old and a 7 month old. This camera works great! I've purchased several cameras and returned them due to them not working. This is first camera I have not had any problems with.

Perfect!

With our second child on the way we needed something to keep an eye on both our kids. We purchased another video moniter and it was horrible! but then we found this one and it's amazing! clear picture in both day and night, clear sound and it gives you so many options. I absolutely love it! i recommend this item to anyone and everyone.

Great!,

Does exactly what we wanted it to do!!! Great picture in the daylight and in the dark. Sound quality is wonderful. Really like being able to use the monitors as a speaker. In the market for camera's three and four.

Great Buy For The Price,

I absolutly love my cameras and recommend it to anyone looking for a great video baby monitor. They are not kidding when they say it's easy set up. You literally take it out the box, plug it and set up is complete! I have a two story home so not only do I use it as a baby monitor for my two kids (6months and 6 year old) but it's a speaker system for me and my 6 year old. Once again, if your in the market for a video baby monitor fit a good price look no further.

We bought this and two extra cameras to monitor children's activities around our home. We have them upstairs where children tend to play and we are able to see what is going on. You can talk to them and hear them too.

Lorex LW2003PK2 Live Snap Video Baby Monitor with Two Cameras,

Reasonably good product and Easy to install.

Need to reset if the communication does not work.

Since it has two camaras we can use in two rooms and can be extended to four rooms.

Easy instalation and use Baby Monitor, 

This is a very easy installation and operation Baby Monitor.

Reasonable image quality and sound.

Great internal battery can provide you a choice to use it even in a camping.

I recommend it !!!

Excellent for the price, good overall,

One thing that drives me crazy is this thing DESTROYS my wifi in the house, like barely usable on any of the 11 channels. On my laptop I can at least use 5.8ghz but 2.4ghz is slowed down to a crawl. I'd imagine this would affect 2.4ghz phones if I had any.



I like that the handset battery is a fairly common cell phone battery available for $10 on ebay



night vision works very well, camera is clear and sound is good. At first I was disappointed with the build quality, but I was comparing it to a blackberry or iphone that costs 5x as much. I've dropped the handset a number of times, it still works 100% so I have no complaints.



The photo taking is of questionable value. I use the date on photos for keeping track of when it was taken, but this device does not write a date (it doesn't even have a date set in it) the photos are quite low quality.



I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product but I would make sure to mention the above concerns to anyone looking to purchase one

Better than other video monitors, but not perfect....,

The lorex monitor is great in many ways. First, you can see multiple rooms with add-on cameras, great if you have more than one kid to watch/listen for. Second, you can TALK to your kids, great for the older one ("Stop climbing on the shelves." "No, you cannot come out to get pajamas for your doll."). It is pretty reliable and easy to use, the picture is pretty clear and in the daytime, the color is better than on other monitors I have used. The small size is great, fits in your pocket, looks like a fancy cell phone, thought the design is a bit confusing. Grandma asks, "are those numbers on there?"



However, there are a few minor things that would be great for Lorex to fix on their next version. For example, the screen is BRIGHT. If you want to be blinded in the night, go ahead and turn it on without covering the screen. The white logo start-up screen is seriously intense, and the monitoring screen, even at its lowest setting could be used to flag incoming planes. I have even used it as a flashlight to get around at night! Secondly, the range is not so great, in the farthest points within our three story house, it lost connection, and in the yard? well, pretty sketchy out there too. Another bummer, is the controls are cyclical, meaning that if you turn it on, say in the night when you hear baby, and urgently press "volume down" to be sure the baby's crying doesn't wake everyone else, if you push it once too far, you go from zero volume to FULL volume. Then there's the charging, the monitor sticks to the base, and is difficult to pull off, sometimes when you dock it, it turns on, sometimes, it turns off, there's always a surprise when you put it on to charge. The 'talk' button also needs to be recessed a bit, I am forever worried I will "pocked dial" my baby as he sleeps.



And lastly, a big bummer, after just six months of use, it broke. The connector to the charging base spontaneously became loose within the monitor and it would no longer charge. I have contacted Lorex to see if it can be fixed, and may change my rating based on their customer service. But for a product this spendy, surely it should last more than six months. However, even if it can't be fixed, I would get another. I like it that much!

Works ok,

Works ok but battery does not recharge ,need be plugg in that electricity all the time

Wasn't what I really expect,but good for the price was cheap.

LoveD,

I loved this monitor. Then one day i went to charge it and the part that you connect the charger too and the innerds, if you will, were up inside the unit making it impossible to charge. So i returned it very easily thru amazon and i got a new one. I went to use that one and one of the cameras only did sound. So i again returned it and they were very nice and sent me yet another one. Then this third one has lasted for a few months however last night i went to charge it and the thing was up in it again so its now useless. I am getting really sick of having to return and wait for a new one and don't know if i want one if this is going to keep happening.
