instant security

"I have used Lorex products in the past but I must say this is by far the most user friendly system on the market. I am in the nightclub business, and now I can I keep an eye on the place not only from my PC but also with my cell phone. Installation was a breeze with the easy to follow quick set up guide, and the picture definition and quality is excellent. The best $999. 00 I have ever invested in security. I have friends who have spent 3 times that much with no noticeable difference. Thanks Lorex!

Best view by far!

Lorex has the best quality video that I've seen. Both on the screen as well as over the Internet on my iPad. We set all eight cameras in a day and programmed within about an hour. Support is great also! I have questions from time to time and they are fast with the answers. We had a slight issue with a unit and they quickly replaced it! No more issues since then.

Worthwhile purchase

I have had the system now for almost two months and am very happy with it. The only thing I wish were better is the Internet connectivity. I am not an internet expert and had some difficulty programing the router to work. I contacted the help desk a couple times and they did everything they could to help. They could see it from their login but I still have not been able to. I used the YOICS site and do not feel that comfortable with my data going to their site. All in all great system, just wish I was more internet savvy.

Wish for wireless

Overall, easy installation of cameras and base station/monitor. I'm glad that the cameras were not wireless since only 1 cable from the camera to station sends images AND power.

I do wish that it (Base station/Monitor) was capable of using wireless internet connection to fully utilize the functions. I now have to run cable to router to Base, bummer considering how easy everything else was.

Great camera images, especially at night. Actually glad we saw this at Costco.
