Exceptional product!

This product is everything it is advertised to be! Easy to install and setup. I have even added more cameras to my system and they were just as easy to install and setup. The cameras provide a clear picture and great sound! I love this wireless camera system! If the rest of Lorex's products are this good, I would recommend them to everyone. This site processed my order and got them to me promptly!

Works fine. Meets expectations. Many features

What's great about it: 24 hour surveilance outdoors. Motion sensor, infrared vision, wireless.

What's not so great: Very small remote could get lost.

Excellent camera vision accross the back alley. Records all motion on SD card. I picked up a 19" tv from goodwill to have a monitor dedicated to surveilance. You have the option of continuous recording or motion detected recording. I did expewrience weak reception at the wrong end of the house but on the near side of the house wireless performance is excellent. As with other night vision infrared recordings often over-expose living subjects. I would invest in Lorex.

My 12 Year Old Set My Camera Up

What's great about it: Easy to set up, great price, easy to use

What's not so great: 2GB SD Card only records 3-5 hours

This is a great little camera that was so easy to set up - my 12 year old set it up for me. It came quickly, the packaging wasn't ridiculous, and all the pieces came with it, including the SD card.

The picture on it appears to be great, and its very simple to operate. Great purchase, providing great security at night.

Great product

What's great about it: User friendly, easy to set up and operate.

I am 75 years old and not the sharpest tack in the box. I found this product to be very user friendly and very easy to set up and moniter. I had to call the manufacture on one question and was treated with the upmost respect and complete help. I would highely recommend this product.

Great system!

What's great about it: ease of use, recording, field of view

What's not so great: nothing so far.

Great field of view. It can see everywhere i was looking for it to see. I have it mounted inside looking out a window so the night vision is pretty well useless but when i tried it outside it could see a LONG way in the dark. Very impressed with the recording and the quality. You wont be disappointed.

A Wonderful Product

A nice manual, clear instructions, easy to set up. What I love about this product is that it saves the video to an SD card. I don't need to hook it up to my computer, although I have that option if I want to. The wireless range is great for my home and the camera works very well, I like it's low light pickup aspect. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to set up a simple video security system.

The original camera did not record but I did call the company and they did send me a new one... the customer service was very good and the new camera is working fine!

Good Product

I use this product as a surveillance camera to see who is in my driveway. It was easy to install and the picture is great. The only downfall for me was I wanted to watch it on my computer instead of on a television and you need to watch it through Skype then. The Skype window is small and in mirrored image. But at least I can see what I need to now.

-easy to install

-you can hide the base somewhere no one can see, so nobody unplugs the recording device or still SD card.

-it makes sound alerts when motion is activated. alarm is also an option, you can turn it off

- daytime picture quality is fine, night time felt like need more quality to work on.

- sound recordings adjustible and clear

- plug it in to TV and watch it live or view recordings

now, conns: every single device needs power outlet, if you need to locate the camera 50 -100 ft away from power - needs an extention

Skype!! works only thru USB cable... as soon as you have plugged in USB cable to the computer, AV mode (monitoring) is not available. Skype needs new account to call and computer ought to be ON at all times.
