We are only able to view 8 cameras out of 16 units. Customer service will not come to the phone and we have not received a response on our warranty claim.

I use this product for my business. I had a couple of complaints from customers that my business was not open on time. Needless to say, once this system went up, the problem stopped. I run multiple business and the ability to remotely watch this location from the palm of my hand is a plus. I will recommend to anyone. Great quality for the price.

We bought this mainly so I could watch the kids play outside from my desk. During the daytime the cameras work great! At night they start out good but then the viewing area seems to get smaller as the night goes on. Maybe the power source of quality of the actual night vision? Over all we are satisfied and would buy it again. We had installers hook it up so I can't comment on that process.

Overall the system is very good. I am pleased with the performance for the price. The cameras are not as clear as I thought they would be. It is difficult to get a good view of a face if the subject is walking, even close. If you want something that will capture tag numbers etc, forget about it. If does work well for viewing cars or general images of people and other things of that nature. I had it installed professionally which added to the cost but the guys said setup was a breeze. I enjoy monitoring on my smartphone and laptop. That was very easy to set up. I wish I had tried to install the system myself. The running of the cables appeared to be the hardest part. Almost forgot, there is NO hole in the mount for the cable leaving it exposed and venerable. It is not bad cosmetically just not good if someone wanted to cut the cable. The DVR is easy to navigate and I switched out the mouse for a $15 wireless one. Overall I would recommend this product but would also state that if you can afford to go with slightly better cameras that would be ideal. I would save up some and wait until i could get a little better camera if was doing it all over again. Hope this has been somewhat helpful..

Lorex software and user interface is great and easy to use, as always. Really impressed with the increased hard drive capacity....makes for months of storage and viewing when you set the cameras to motion detect. Minus one star as we have had one or two drives fail but that is bound to happen when you purchase 3 a month.

Very easy to set up from someone that does not know what I'm doing. Connections was easy. Able to view in my office, home and phone. Gives you a peace of mind to view cameras whenever you want.

Great DVR. Crisp resolution during night, a plus. I like that I can see my home when I'm away. I have eyes on my children when they get home from school. I will purchase another of these systems for my vacation home. Thank you lorex.

So far so good with my new security cameras. Once i hooked it up to the internet every thing worked well. Customer service took awhile to get through but "Tim" was very helpful and patient. I haven't had a chance to try all the functions but if they go as easy as the start up there should not be a problem.

Had the EC04 960H since April. Worked well until recently, now DVR is freezing up on me every couple of minutes. Called service and waiting for a new DVR replacement to be shipped to me. I will let you know how Lorex service is in the near future.

Worst support:
This is very poor support , it more than 24 hrs no support was given and the problem is not resolved.
when ever i call , i had to hold for more than 1 hr, and hung up in frustration.
Never buy the products, still waiting to resolve .
