My order is still in warehouse processing. I created a ticket for customer service but it takes them 4 days to answer! Ship my parts so I can use my camera! Wire off camera is 18 inches so you need the 9 foot extension to hook up,!

These cables are just the ticket! Two of my cameras were quite a distance from power outlets. With these cables I didn't need to install another Outlet. They work great! The only downside is that they come in 9 foot lengths. I wish they would offer them in maybe a 15 or 20 foot length.

We needed a longer cord for one camera. Found this one online at Lorex website. Quality and price were best I found for an extension. The pictures from these cameras are bright and clear. So far we are pleased with this purchase. It would be helpful to have the owners manual included with the purchase since the set up is very detailed for a first time purchaser. Not everyone is a whiz at electronics. Calling Customer Services or going online to download and search the manual are your options if you need assistance.
HAVE TWO OF THE FOUR CAMERAS INSTALLED BUT NEEDED LONGER EXTENSION CABLE FOR THE OTHER TWO. FOUND THEM ONLINE AT YOUR WEBSITE AND SHOULD RECEIVE THEM THIS WEEK. INSTALLATION FAIRLY EASY AND VERY GOOD QUALITY PICTURE. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Cameras work great and it's great being able to view all (4) locations simultaneously. These extension cords are easy to use and are worth the added expense. Would be great if you offered extensions for the antenna's so they could be moved further away from the router.

I have found my new system a must more clearer video picture quality than the my previous surveillance equipment. Just wish there were more than four addition audio input jacks for cameras. Also wish there was some instructions for the computer application. So far I have found the product an excellent choice compared to comparable price systems.
Im so glad we ordered this wireless system. Its very easy to set up. Our house has been burglarized 3 times. The third time we caught it all on camera and arrests have been made. We are very happy with this product.
Ordered 7/23/15 still have not received, made 3 tickets for complaints, customer service SUCKS. Keep passing the buck, when I find where I can get elsewhere I will be doing so promptly. Got 2 cameras one has some shorting problems other if fine. I wish I went with a different company. These people are NO HELP.

The cameras were a good buy recommended by RCMP friends, but until I get my extra cables for cameras I am unable to use your system. I have been informed that it will take almost a month an half (back ordered)before I can use security cameras and that my home will be not secured till cables are sent. I am sure it will be a good system to use.
