A dissappionted customer, still patiantly holding

Camera system is great, but the Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I have been trying to get a replacement camera, that is under warranty, since 7/25/16, and as of writing this review it is now 8/22/16, almost a complete month has gone by and I still don't have my replacement camera. When I call Customer Service I can never get anybody, and I actually held on their phone for 1 hour on 8/17 before I hung up, and as of writing this today I have been on hold for a total of 30 Minutes, which is past your ," your wait time is currently 30 minutes automated answer." I have sent their customer service multiple emails and have yet to receive any response back. The one time I did get customer service and talk to a supervisor, he assured me that they were taking care of the problem and would send me a shipping confirmation the next day, but still have not received anything. When I told him about all the emails that I have sent, he said that he saw all of them and would make sure he passes this problem on so it would not happen again. I have sent two emails since then, but no response to my dismay. I am writing this in hopes that they will finally respond to me or actually reach out to me to resolve these problems, but I do not have much faith. This is a great product, but I hope that if you are looking into buying this product that you have no problems with it. If you do, you will be dealing with the CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, and be stuck in a never ending loop of "I am sorry for you wait," the automated holding service, or never getting a call back when you go that option. Lorex PLEASE FIX YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Thanks!!
