I purchased the Lorex NR8081 NVR, the LNB3373B-2PK, the LNB3374B-2PK. The products seem fine so far, HOWEVER, the technical support is non-existent. I have not received responses (more than a week now) to my last 3 technical support questions. You can't ever get through to tech support on the phone, and if, as the tech support recorded announcement states, you leave a call back number, you never get a call back.
Also, I got an email from the company stating that if I registered the warranty for this product I would get a 6 month warranty extension. I registered the product, but my online account shows no extension - if the warranty has in fact been extended, it should show in my account.
So, as it stands now, I would not do business with this company again - just because of their non responsiveness.
