I purchased a Security system with 4 PTZ cameras and an NR800 series NVR for almost $1400.00 upon installation i realized that the cameras will not suit my outdoor needs, as the night vision capabilities were non-existent in total darkness. After chatting with online support i decided to get 2 of these cameras and put the PTZ cameras elsewhere, i decided to pay for the 3 day shipping which guaranteed that i would receive them by a certain date. i did this because i was going out of town and wanted to install the cameras before i left, however on the day i should be receiving the cameras the order was still being processed. I chatted with online support in the hopes that they would refund me the $34.67 that i paid for guaranteed shipping, but rather than doing so they tried to make excuses as to why i could not get a shipping refund, which is all i wanted. After all if one pays for a service they expect to receive said service. The company elected to cancel the order of $360.00 rather than refunding $35.00. now that i cannot get my cameras, i will be sending back the $1400.00 worth of equipment i paid for and go spend my money elsewhere.
