Not impressed. Purchased 2 of which 1 is already not working after only 2 months. Claims you can change the viewing angle from your DVR or mobile device. They are lying. You CANNOT. Viewing angle is NOT adjustable after it's installed. Same with all the other cameras I purchased from them. Go ahead and climb up there after it's installed to change the adjustable view because your not doing it otherwise. Don't install it 2 stories high like I did unless you like climbing ladders 2 stories high. I purchased these dome cameras after speaking to Sales because I thought they would cover a 90 degree angle as they told me. Not true. Not impressed with camera so when 1 broke I asked to upgrade to a PTZ camera and pay the difference. Management denied me and sent the same dome camera. This was after 2 weeks of calling them to get a replacement upgrade. Awful Customer Service. I will NEVER buy another Lorex camera and especially NOT from Lorex direct as they won't help you with anything, nor do they return phone calls as promised. Before this my DVR and 1 bullet camera arrived defective. LOW QUALITY products from the dome cameras to the bullet cameras to the DVR’s. And the DVR is very noisy.
