Pissed off customer

We purchased several of these cameras as well as the DVR to go with it. We tried several different things in trying to get them to operate better, including working with our internet provider, thinking that our wifi signals could be an issue, etc. That, of course, took time. We would get them going and evaluate for a few weeks to months to see if our changes made a difference. Nothing worked. The final straw was when we realized the DVR adapter wasn't working. Not even a year old and things stopped working. Having spent $650 for all, we were livid. We contacted the company to complain and were told to return the products for a refund. They provided a return label which paid for the shipping to return the item, and told us it would take 5 to 10 business days to receive, once they had received the product. We were leaving on vacation in just a few days and did not want to leave our home without a security system, so we did our research and made the purchase of another system which we are very happy with so far. The 5 to 10 days fell during the time period we were gone, but upon returning 2 weeks later, we checked our credit card to find our credit still had not been issued. We called the company, but the wait time was long, so we left a message for a call back. It never came. We called back yet again, and spoke with a representative that said she wasn't sure why it hadn't been returned - she could clearly see that the product had been received. She said she would put in an escalation ticket for us to receive the money back, and we should have it in 24-48 hours, and we would receive an email stating it had been credited back to our card. We never received an email and when checking our card again - never received our credit. We called back, yet again. This time I asked to speak with a supervisor, and spoke with a man named Sid. Sid tells me that he will not issue a refund because it's past 60 days of us having purchased the product. Yet, the original phone call produced a promise of a refund, as well as a supplied return shipping. A subsequent call promised a refund within 48 hours. Only to be told - sorry, no refund and oh yeah, you're out $650.00 while we have all the product!! We have contacted our credit card to dispute. We are reaching our EVERYWHERE we can to let other consumers know DO NOT do business with this company. They are thieves and have stolen $650 of our hard earned money. We will also be looking into other action we can take, but in the mean time, BUYER BEWARE!!!!
