Like the product. I had a few issues during ordering. The "Orders ship within 24 hrs" is not accurate. It took 5 days to send out. Then they forgot to send the monitor, which was delayed from the shipment of cameras and DVR by an additional 4 days. Also the e-mail function for motion alerts doesn't seem to work, which is what I have read in other reviews of this product. No biggie, that feature really wasn't crucial for me. The night vision can be washed out if you have any lights around your house at night, so don't expect to be able to identify people who are caught with night vision....you could basically see someone was there, but not who it was. Also, no English manual for the DVR in the box, had to download a PDF from the product download section. The DVR sets up quickly, but will take complete reading of the 170+ page manual to be able to identify all the little screen icons and know what they do during record, playback, etc... Alarm settings being different from Motion settings, and PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) settings definitely confused me at first, but like I said, one scan through the large manual and it will all make sense. One other thing not mentioned in the manual, it appears as though during the Playback mode, you can only hear audio if you playback 1 camera. If you have 2 camera's up on the screen to watch what happened, no audio comes through. I scanned the manual many times and used the 'find' function in the PDF doc to locate a note about this, but it wasn't there. If someone knows how to hear audio during 'playback' mode on 2 cameras, please let me know. During live recording I can hear audio on multiple cameras, just not when I playback the recording.
Overall, the product is good. The color and clarity during the day is Awesome.
