When I first got this camera I had a problem that the camera would kick out during night vision mode. I had the lines that come with camera I ran through the attic and I had two of the sixty footers coupled together. My Older style Lorex cameras which were decent cameras with 660 lines of resolution ran fine with this cable. I ended up finding out the Prolux LEDs draw more power than the older style LEDs so the camera would kick out in night mode cause the lines couldn't carry enough power or signal through the lines in that long of a run. So I ran the Swann RG59 cable from RadioShack It is fire rated and is the best cable that I have found on the market. The RG59 cable took care of the problem and picture quality with these cameras is very good with no distortion. The Prolux LEDs are a big step up from the older style LEDs in night vision mode the light is distributed evenly through out the picture. Would I recommend these cameras? Definitely... they excellent cameras
