Bad product and service. I should've review first before i purchased.
Learned my lesson hard way. The product don't work as advertised and
the instruction is very hard to understand. Toll free number is useless.
If u r thinking about Lorex product, read the review before purchase. There are
many other options besides this brand.
Had this product since 2011. Since that time-minor issues with cameras failing, and connectivity. About 3 mionth ago I replaced that hard drive. Kept getting this message, no hdd.
Replaced the hard drive with 1 TB. Worked for about 3 months now-same thing is happening, no hdd. Customer care has been helpful-but I think the products are Weak.
I would not recommed this item and I am hoping that if i decide to give this DVR another try or this company, there would be some consideration for all the tiome and money invested in getting the product to work like it was designed.
The system was easy to install but we still needed some help networking with our smart phones. None of our employees were computer experts but the Lorex tech support team was able to get us connect by remotely connecting to our system. We appreciate this service and would have struggled to do the tasks to get up and running. Thanks Lorex Support!

System (LH314) worked for a short while. Hard time putting recording onto flash drive. And after 3 years, the dvr doesn't work. Cameras aren't showing up on display. Troubleshooted for a few days to no avail.
