We have discovered an issue with LH140 ECO3 Series DVRs where the Lorex DDNS service will not connect to the DVR if the DDNS address (the URL Request entered during registration) begins with a number.
For example, the address http://123tomsmith.lorexddns.net would not work, but http://tomsmith123.lorexddns.net would work.
We are working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime, the solution is to update your URL Request to one that does not start with a number.
To change your URL Request:
NOTE: It may take up to 15 minutes for the DDNS server to resolve your new DDNS address.
