What does full support mean?
Full support means that we will provide free technical support for customers who are connecting to their products with a device that meets the specifications above. We also commit to provide updates to our apps and products to ensure the best customer experience on these platforms.
What if I have an older iOS or Android device?
If you have an older iOS or Android device that was previously listed as compatible, you can continue to connect to your Lorex product and receive technical support. However, updates may not be made to application software to add features or address compatibility or other issues on older devices.
