Lorex appreciates your business and hopes that our products meet your expectations in every way. If, however, you are not satisfied with your product you may send it back to us for a full refund. Products may be returned for any reason within 60 days of delivery (some conditions may apply).

3. Ensure 'Return an item for Credit' is selected.
4. Select the item you wish to return (if eligible for return). If your item does not appear here, you may need to register it for warranty first.
5. Select the reason for return from the dropdown menu and click 'Submit'.
6. Your refund request will be reviewed and be marked as pending. If approved, you will be sent return instructions by email within 24 to 48 hours.
7. Once approved, click on 'click here for detailed instructions.'
8. Print the generated label provided to you and secure it to your return package.1 Please ensure that all return-approved items arrive in the original condition. Incomplete or inaccurate returns may result in a processing delay of your refund.
9. Once we receive the package your purchase will be refunded to your credit card and be marked as 'completed' in your Lorex account.
